This spring session will continue with restorative and shift as the days get longer to include some gentle flows with restorative postures, a little self-massage and vagus nerve stimulation. A practice to help you unwind from your day and prepare you for good quality sleep.

Tuesday's 7pm-8:15pm

8 Weeks: March 19th-May 14th (no class April 2nd)
