An all levels practice that links mindful movement with breath to get you moving mindfully in the middle of the day. There will be a full body or anatomical focus in each class designed to bring more mobility and stability into the body, clarity to the mind and awareness to the breath. Both classes will be taught by Anna who is a certified yoga, Yoga Tune Up® instructor and movement specialist. A yoga mat is required all other equipment will be provided.
